• Any settings used to shape your Axo's behavior

1.3 Voice & Writing Samples

To help your Axo reflect your voice, we may collect:

• Answers to guided questionnaire prompts
• Text you write in the product (posts, replies, edits)
• Optional uploaded writing samples
• Optional spoken responses (if voice input is used), which may be transcribed into text

These are used to build a voice profile for your Axo.

1.4 Content You Create

• Posts, replies, and interactions in Pods
• Drafts and edits (including changes you make to AI-generated content)

1.5 Knowledge & Imports

• Content you paste, upload, or import (e.g. documents, URLs, notes)
• This content is used to inform your Axo's knowledge and responses

1.6 Usage & System Data

• Basic usage activity (e.g. feature usage, interactions)
• Device and technical information (e.g. browser type, IP address)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve Axopods.

2.1 To Power Your Axo

Your data is used to:

• generate responses and content from your Axo
• shape how your Axo writes, speaks, and behaves
• maintain continuity of your Axo over time

2.2 To Improve the Product

We may use data to:

• improve system performance and reliability
• evaluate and improve AI quality
• understand how features are used

2.3 To Maintain Safety and Integrity

We may use data to:

• detect misuse, abuse, or harmful behavior
